  1. No Cancellation & Refund Policy

    1. Cancellation Policy:

      • Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session or service.

      • On-spot cancellations or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are not permitted.

    2. Refund Policy:

      • No refunds will be issued except in cases of errors or at our sole discretion.

      • Refunds, when approved, will be processed automatically and reflected within 5-7 business days for payments made through Razorpay payment links.

    3. Behavioral Guidelines:

      • Any hateful remarks, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session.

      • Individuals engaging in such behavior will be blocked from all our platforms and barred from future access.
